My name is Genevieve Stout and I am a Funeral Celebrant.

I am a storyteller who is trusted by families to deliver a memorable celebration of a life ceremony.

Every life has a story, every story of a life should be celebrated.

It is an honour and a privilege to have the opportunity to sit with families in times of grief, sharing stories and milestones, looking at photos and reminiscing recollections of fun times with family and friends.

I work with families to create unique ceremonies with all the elements of a personal, meaningful and heartfelt ceremony that families will treasure and have as an everlasting memory of their loved one.

My expertise as a celebrant would be:

• To maintain open discussion with the family in regard to the funeral service. 

• Give the family information and guidance to enable them to choose or compose a service that will meet their needs and expectations 

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the family 

• Ensure accuracy with names dates and spelling

• Outline an order of service with the preparation and delivery of documents

• Confirm all details with the appointed family contact

• Meet and greet the family members at the service. 

• Present the family with a presentation copy of the funeral service
